This Project is the result of two major themes: First the representation of the need of today’s society to be everywhere at any time. Secondly due to my personal experience of living far from home and the interest to investigate on the meaning of “identity related to places”.
My interest in photography has been with me all my life. I used to take pictures everywhere I go. Photography was a way to keep close all the things that I care about and mantain a certaint bond with people and places that are not here -in time or space- anymore. 

Furthermore, for me Photography is the only way to tell universal stories without using words. I live abroad and I found speaking through images easier and more directly then using languages in todays communications.

Through the technique of collage I cut and put together pieces of my personal photos taken in different cities and countries.

The result is an ideal and altered world, represented out of conventions and perspectives, made up by memories, ideas and imagination. Collages are a way to escape time and space by destroying their conception in today’s world. Now everything we need is in the “here” and “now”.
